Training Data: means any data you upload or provide to the Services to train your AI chatbot.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Grid immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
4. Content
You are responsible for all Content you upload, submit, or otherwise provide to the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to do so and that such Content does not violate any third-party rights.
You grant Calepin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and translate your Training Data solely to provide you with the Services.
Calepin may, in its sole discretion, remove or disable any Content that violates these Terms or that Calepin deems to be otherwise objectionable.
5. Use of the Services
You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You will not interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers or networks connected to the Services.
You will not use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation.
You will not violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Services may allow you to integrate with third-party services. Your use of such third-party services is subject to the terms and conditions of those services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

CALEPIN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS YOU OBTAIN BY USING THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
8. Limitation of Liability
CALEPIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF GRID HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Calepin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, losses, expenses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Term and Termination
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services.
Calepin may terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
